My Soft Skills: Who’s Behind This Websit

Over the years, I’ve learned that technical skills are essential, but what really makes the difference are the so-called soft skills. The ability to lead teams, communicate complex strategies, and turn data into actionable decisions is what allows projects to truly grow.

Leadership

I have led cross-functional teams of Content Specialists, SEO Specialists, PR Specialists, internal Copywriters, and external freelancers focused on writing, content planning, data & tracking, development, and website migrations. I’ve coordinated teams of up to six people in international environments, managing internal and external resources simultaneously. I have also trained junior profiles multiple times through mentoring, helping them become much, much better than me (references guaranteed, I promise).

My leadership is based on active listening, delegation, and empowerment. I firmly believe that giving autonomy to team members, guiding them, and providing the tools to excel is the greatest gift a manager can give. An environment where people are heard, supported, and able to make strategic decisions is a healthy one, where even mistakes become learning opportunities.

Leadership is not just about directing but about creating a context where everyone feels fulfilled and can give their best.

Strategic & Analytical Thinking

I turn data, insights, and market knowledge into organic growth strategies. For me, SEO and content are never isolated; they are tools to effectively position products and brands. For this reason, I consider it essential that the first step of every project is deciding how we want to measure success, or, to put it better, how to calculate our KPIs. Traffic, sign-ups, app downloads, sales? Everything makes sense as long as the goal is clear from the beginning.

I have often started projects from scratch: a challenge that allows defining clear objectives and demonstrating transparency and efficiency in work. Constant data analysis, market knowledge, and a coherent strategy are necessary to reach the set goals.

As an SEO & Content Lead, my job is to find scalable and sustainable solutions that generate tangible results for the business.

Creativity

In the digital world, creativity is not optional: it’s essential. Nothing is entirely new, so standing out requires being noticed clearly and strategically while also being inventive. I believe, forgive me, that many brainstorming sessions are useless, but those that generate real ideas remain memorable. Personally, they have often completely changed my perspective.

I’ve been writing for as long as I can remember and consider myself somewhat creative. Maybe it’s thanks to Nietzsche’s “dancing star,” but I think a bit of chaos is always useful to add that touch of unpredictability necessary in digital. Today, in an era where everything is available instantly and at lightning speed, capturing attention is a constant challenge.

Proposing innovative communication plans and creating content that surprises and generates engagement is, in my opinion, the key to turning creativity into tangible results.

Team Player

I admit I usually get along with people. Of course, not always, but I believe that for anyone managing communication, it’s crucial to build positive and lasting relationships. After all, we spend 40 hours a week under the same roof—physical, virtual, or hybrid. This positive spirit has always distinguished me, allowing me to maintain excellent relationships with clients and colleagues. My LinkedIn references speak for me, I believe!

At the same time, I focus on humility and mutual respect: I like to step lightly and propose ideas politely and courteously, fundamental values in any professional environment. This approach helped me both when preparing initial slides as an intern and when interviewing sports champions as a journalist.

I maintained this human approach even as a department manager, overseeing multiple resources: I believe a leader must always remain a team member at heart.

Effective Communication

I consider the ability to communicate as crucial as technical skills. My goal is to translate complex data, insights, and strategies into clear and understandable information for stakeholders, teams, and clients. This allows for quick decisions, alignment among all actors, and ensures every action is consistent with business objectives.

This has always been part of my work and is essential for anyone operating in SEO and content. Making information accessible and actionable is key so everyone can act with clarity and confidence.

My philosophy is simple: talk to others as if you were explaining life to an alien on their first day on Earth.

Adaptability

I dislike calling this paragraph resilience, or similar, yet that’s essentially the idea. The digital world changes constantly: new technologies, evolving search engines, AI, and LLMs rapidly transform the way we work. For this reason, adapting quickly and remaining effective is essential.

I work in international and ever-evolving environments, integrating new strategies and tools without losing focus on results. I believe resilience also means learning from mistakes, adapting solutions, and continuing to grow, always keeping team and business goals in mind. Today it is essential to keep up with the times, never miss a beat, and embrace change positively. And, of course, turn it into concrete opportunities to grow projects, teams, and products.
